Positive: Everything was perfect. The staff helped us with a parking spot and walked us to the hotel. The staff was kind and very eager to help. The hotel location was great, it was a short walk to everything. The hotel property was beautiful, such a nice courtyard to sit in. The room was so historic and charming, very comfortable, and we had the Turkish hamam bathroom. The breakfast was delicious too. This hotel exceeded my expectations and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a hotel in urfa.

Positive: Decent location and very helpful staff. Was value for money depending on which room you got.

Negative: Stairs to upper floor were very steep with no hand rails bit of a struggle with luggage. Not a great choice for breakfast.

Positive: Our stay was really great. We are a couple and we loved our stay. The location is amazing, the breakfast is amazing and the room is very spacious. The behaviour of the manager and all the staff is really kind.
